...strict office hours from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, allowing a 15-minute grace period. However, if an employee arrives at 10:16 AM or later, they are marked as late, and salary deductions are applied. The work environment is reportedly challenging, especially for new hires, due to a lack of cooperative staff. Gossiping and negative conversations behind employees' backs are common, leading to feelings of demotivation and isolation. Also every month they ask to come head office for sales meeting but they do not give a fare allowance, they have 6 months probation period ,upper management is also not supportive, they do micro management alot .

The Work culture with Amigo is beautiful to work with. Amigo works with Honesty and Responsibly. The Ambience at Amigo is worth working. NO false promises given, what ever it is it is Black N White. The people and collegues are worth working with. Everyone is ready to help the other without any Selfishness.

...is very professional. Everyone including the management is extremely supportive. On time salary, growth and employee friendly environment are the best part of working with Amigo Academy

Nothing else, extra working hours, not providing salary, very fraud people, no one can survive more than 3 months , big torturing's,

Please, I am requesting those who are reading this, this is very honest review, I suffer a lot over there I did not get even my salary, too much tutored, late working hours, no system, no festive leaves, no break time.

Very good work culture, strict about the work & discipline, performers are always appreciated however non performers are still given a chance to perform, very supportive staff, management is also very good and they support staff from every level, unbiased decisions....its not really good for people who want to do time pass, disorganized, do office politics, undisciplined, lie and mislead their co-workers and students

They are too good to even people who took disadvantage of their trust, their humanism
