Company offers good learning about robotics technology

Dislikes

Lot of internalpolitics interms of language ( tamil and hindi) Lot of favourism to their needed persons in terms of appraisal , accomodation facilities TA DA in travel Lot of commission basis business ' If you are straight forward kind who minds his /her work without any favourism to bosses . You will end up losing job early You will be targeted if you are not a tamil / hindi guy

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
