Hi, I'm currently drawing a salary of 27.7 (25.3 is fixed) LPA in my current organization and I got a new offer for 39LPA (33.3 is fixed and 1L joining bonus total 40) I'm almost going to complete by 2 years in my current organization and overall I have 11 years experience as QA. Only thing good about the company there is a job security but they will take 3 people work with one employee. So obviously company will not fire you but you yourself will resigned and leave the company

Dislikes

Nepotism, only one section that is Egyptian will get promoted in all sectors even if he has zero knowledge about the process. Fully Egyptian dominated company. And these Egyptians call Indians as dogs no respect at all.
