communication was prompt and it was easy to pass on queries and receive replies from the client.

... irrespective of repeated complaints i made to the higher ups in the company. the payment is always made after cutting TDS of 10% when sadly that shouldn't be the case for most freelancers since actual earning is very low and it is not applicable to us. i was not informed about it before i actually received my monthly payment. i needed an address proof and i had asked my contact at AMICI , mansi mane, whether it would be possible for them to provide it. she said yes. i wanted to be sure so i asked on a couple of other occasions too while chatting with her. i was told that i would get it, repeatedly. due to their assurance my husband deemed it unnecessary to ask for it from his place of work. Sadly, by the time we needed it, AMICI flatly refused to give it to me though i gave them proof of their promise via their mails to me and they were very rude about it. my husband and i incurred financial loss since we placed our trust in their words.

Downsides are infinite Lack of communication of policies with workers Postponement of payments Not sticking to their own email communication for payouts Not giving proofs to workers for failed tasks No transparency to new workers Uncooperative management and staff

From my side this is the best company I have ever seen. There team member, staaf and management system everything is good. But one of the thing about this company is that, the owner/Boos of the Company (Rajat Mittal Sir) is very kind hearted pery, means if you have any issue related with your job or any other, he will definitely solve that. He always talk with politeness. Another best thing about the company is there team members are very supportive and cooperative. They will always help you.
