In my 10 years of service given to AOCP first 5 years was excellent because management was excellent, later from 2018 onwards management has appointed unprofessional and unexperienced staff to lead. Selling concrete products is headed by non concrete and non civil background professional. Above that with zero Gulf experience managers are heading the people who are having 20 years Gulf experience.

Management from 2018 has become worst. Unprofessional attitude towards client. Non experience professional appointed to lead organisation.

Aocp is caring of employee and there lot of chance learn to many type lesson like growth environment helth and safety and most of thing.it will help for better future.

Aocp company is decent but pressure is very high some time 12 to 14 hours straight in day

the company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology , i love the fact that i am a part of project team to full fill customer technical & commercial .

compensation is decent , but growth is slow , the work pressure is very high some time to solve customer issue with internal team.
