...d maintenance since more than 9-10 people left within 2 year so judge on that 2.Distance For kala Plant it's nearly 40 km from vapi and 25km from silvassa so accordingly to that demand salary 3. masat plant is near by to silvassa but they faces their own issue like Roads and connectivity. Even they don't have parking space 4.Lots of illegal activities 5.When you exit or leave the organisation they will make you sign affidavit compulsory or forcefully stating some facts like you won't work for 3 year in any of their competitors area like rubber and silicon 5.Lots of fake reviews are their in ambition box once they hired HR and he forcefully from companys mobile make everyone write review on ambition box about the review how gud is their company 6.Canteen facility worst on of the. they don't have licenced fssai canteen all are illegal 7.Most employee leave organisation within 6-8 months.if you join you will know Y. 8. If somebody joining in kala plant be ready to sacrifice 12-15 hr of your life. 9. Sales and digital marketing are the one who leave organisation within 6 months you will know the reason once you join 10. kala plant was their dream project for director's and Management but some of the cheap HOD have destroyed their dream project it's all jugad. 11.one Suggestion Run as far as possible. 12. 4.2 is an fake review if employee start writing review they will get less than 1-2 13. Mujhe maaf kare mujhe chutti de last not the least 14. Any one can be senior executive or manager he doesn't require degree in ami polymers

Though this is Indian Based company, the company has maintained the hospitality and good infrastructure for manufacturing facilities. The HR initiative is one of the best factor that had been never in other companies like Birthday Celebration, Thank you Cards, Reward and Recognition schemes and many. The Managing Director and Director of this company believes in employee welfare (only old employees) and Corporate Social Responsibilities (CSR). Sales and Marketing team of this company is the strength of this company and Director himself is a rubber technologist.

The worst thing is that, The director-Alpesh Gandhi gives importance only to those people who have done degree or diploma from LD College. The Monopoly has been created by Some Employees in each Functional Department within this organisation. shocking Very toxic work culture I have seen in this group. If you have joined this organisation as new Joinee then you feel Discrimination in the workplace, mostly Gujjus are cheaper in this group. In other words if I would have to tell about company then this company is Lala company. As I have been worked with Quality Department and This company is manufacturing Pharma, Biopharma and Food Industry related Silicon rubber products, the Quality staff himself break the rules Like eating food at the workplace itself. Also they obey the rules of Lala company Two Punch and One Lunch.

Before joining I was promised for a different job role. After joining they changed it to sales. They know nothing about technicality. It a shop run by a shopkeeper. Chandan Sah is a person working for the technicality. He also knows nothing and tortures people who work under him Everyone is fraud in this company and the biggest one is their HR Baskar
