If you have good skills then this is not a right platform to work for you. Old employees with no skills, even they don't know how to communicate how to write emails they are leading departments and creating problems for new employees and doing politics and amazingly HR is also enjoying this and involved. Worst HR department and leads you will see in the company even they don't know how to work in HR dept. Management never sticks in their words and are totally influenced by HR person and doing the same as that person is saying taking wrong decision every time and creating problems for new employees. Also while recruiting No HR person will let you know that there is a bond that you have to sign when you leave the company that for next 3 years you can not work with the same sectors and if you do then they can take legal action on you. And if you will not fill this bond then they will not give you Full and Final. Amazing HR Department that they never told such important things before hiring.....

...d maintenance since more than 9-10 people left within 2 year so judge on that 2.Distance For kala Plant it's nearly 40 km from vapi and 25km from silvassa so accordingly to that demand salary 3. masat plant is near by to silvassa but they faces their own issue like Roads and connectivity. Even they don't have parking space 4.Lots of illegal activities 5.When you exit or leave the organisation they will make you sign affidavit compulsory or forcefully stating some facts like you won't work for 3 year in any of their competitors area like rubber and silicon 5.Lots of fake reviews are their in ambition box once they hired HR and he forcefully from companys mobile make everyone write review on ambition box about the review how gud is their company 6.Canteen facility worst on of the. they don't have licenced fssai canteen all are illegal 7.Most employee leave organisation within 6-8 months.if you join you will know Y. 8.
