Work life balance is good. Joining salary is good. Bonus is good. Both side cab. L&D team is gradually improving. Hands on transitioning teams. Hybrid model, 3 days office 2 days wfh. Cafeteria is available. Work location is nice. Office is well maintained. Great exposure to activities since it's a new setup in India.

Dislikes

Yearly and promotion hike is not that great. Delayed promotion. 3 months notice period is too much. Processes are not in place, focus is towards increasing strength instead of increasing quality. Unsupportive onshore can be a pain to work efficiently. Recognition can be better. Management should be transparent with teams. Communication policy needs improvement. Unstable leadership & management. Good managers don't stay for long. Attrition is high. A.T.L is a strong practice. Effective retention policy should be in place. Should work to be an employee centric. Micro management should be controlled. No strong policies in place to refer. They mold it however they think fit. Hence, management rule.
