Work life balance is very disappointing Internal Politics & too much job insecurity, you can't predict when you will be fired. everybody just want to show off in front of management. No fun while working here, no spark, no motivation, no appreciation.

Only Salary is good for developer. Except this every thing is pathetic.

Dislikes

2 year bond. Hire and Fire (They laid off about 60% tech team last time). Very Very very high work pressure. They want you to do 6hr works in 1 hr. and if you will not finish work on time you will questioned. you have to do at-least 13-14 hr a day. Alternate Saturday is working. Every body waits for 2 year completion so that they can change company. Company is working on old technologies. So Your experience is totally waste. Lot more cons are there but these are the main issues. I will suggest not to join in any case.

Pathetic politics environment. After being a good performer, they lay off people without any reason. Management is baised with old employee. Only old employees get to grow in the company. Will not recommend anyone to join this organization. I had my worst experience with this organization.

No Work-life balance , Management policy gets changed every month without any discussion, no new idea,

Seniors are helpful, also the new management is improving the compensation and work life balance.

Dislikes

Managers are just for escalations, interaction with team is 0 until and unless some customer is in some hurry.
