Work life balance is very disappointing Internal Politics & too much job insecurity, you can't predict when you will be fired. everybody just want to show off in front of management. No fun while working here, no spark, no motivation, no appreciation.

Nothing much to like, seniors are helpful and salary is always on time.

Dislikes

1. Overtime: you are expected to work 12-13 hours every day for 6 days a week. Still, your lead will ask you to extend if possible. 2. Appraisals: you are expected not to talk about it as it is totally dependent on your manager. 3. Bond: Don't sign that 2 years bond, it's not worth it. 4. Work-life balance: Imagine working 12 hours a day for 6 days a week and also having a healthy social life.

Pathetic politics environment. After being a good performer, they lay off people without any reason. Management is baised with old employee. Only old employees get to grow in the company. Will not recommend anyone to join this organization. I had my worst experience with this organization.

Seniors are helpful, also the new management is improving the compensation and work life balance.

Dislikes

Managers are just for escalations, interaction with team is 0 until and unless some customer is in some hurry.
