...cs , no Increments , Specially they designed one concept call incentives method. In that method rules are completely favorable to company only every month employee suffers for that incentive salary or they will loose almost 25% of salary in month. rules are designed by management like that. don't expect growth in that company. simply work like a puppy for lifelong.
