The work culture is great. Cab facility is provided. Being in Tech i have always had work life balance. The amount of paid leaves are great. Good people around.

Dislikes

Now they have given low appraisal hikes and salary structure can be better. Apart from cab and salary no other benefits are there. The firm does not organize cultural events to engage employees. Even on festivals nothing happens so it is boring specially that time.

If you are looking for good pay, you should definitely join it.

Dislikes

Work life balance is disturbed. If you are that kind of person who likes to enjoy the evening tea in an outdoow watching sunset, you should not join this company. You will not get leisure time.

Convoluted compensation structure. WFH needs to be made permanent or at employee's discretion,especially if that is not impacting their productivity.

Very low pay scale. They can hire the new resource on double package but won't give even decent salary to the old resource, Marking Attendance daily otherwise it will result in deduction from salary on the daily basis, 8 hr's mandatory when you are in office. One party in a year

Its employee friendly policies. They take best care of their employees. Indeed one of best company to work with. Free cab,subsidized breakfast/lunch/dinner. Complete free insurance upto 4.5lacs for employee and its family. Lots of fun activities and engagements, almost every month. Using best technologies in project work.

There is nothing to dislike. They pay you really very well plus tons of other benefits.
