...t. In Transport team they hired uneducated people who don't have common sense. Salary is low if compared to fortune 500 companies.

Worked for 4 years at Ameriprise. I found Culture is not good here. Favoratism and politics is very extreme here. You will have to be so mindful what you do. Leaders will also be biased when they have taken everything out of you. I could not find even one friend here in 4 years. People are so egoistic her. I personally did not like Ameriprise at all.

It has a very chilled out environment. Leaders are very helpful. Boss culture is not there. Free cab.

Salary, Promotion, pathetic food, very little scope of learning. Work only involves reconciliation & nothing else. Even after working here for 100 years you won't learn anything about portfolio performance analysis.
