ATC is supporting in terms of payments of employees. We receive payments on time, furthermore, no salary cut or hold happened during and after the Covid-19 lockdown when other corporate was suffering. Noone was told to left the job.

Dislikes

...ned by the company. No work appreciation. There is no growth in terms of skills. Moreover, it doesn't matter to them whether you are skilled or good at work, they will pay you poorly because their HR doesn't understand you work and your degrees and your college. Most of the people are not good at anything, however, they are paid higher because they knew the employer already.

Work culture very hactic and this is what you get product base company becoz existing employees never accept new people and they start competition with them to secure there job but this never be needed .

During my tenure Viom merger was not formed, where company was focusing on OPEX reduction from all segment , which in turn was difficult to suddenly change the environment. Work culture is good, and one can developed himself along with career growth with a challenging environment.

Induction and technical skills with others need to share among teams as well as keeping growth aspect with salary and appraisal aspires

There is no promotion process, most of the members are working more than 10 years but till They are struggling for promotion...Appraisal process is nothing... Rating already decided without checking any performance of the employees

Nothing is good except brand value

Bad politics, senior management lobbying, No support to someone who has joined with internal reference. Corrupt commercial seniors following by old circle employees. All seniors in commercial department sitting in gurgaon office are fake, fraud, and corrupt. No training for new employees.
