No Job security Guys! Never seen this kind of organization. Everything is poor. No work culture at all and full of politics. No working growth. Only MD rulling the company rest all officials are deaf and dumb and follow him. Rest nothing to say.

Working directly for a global shipping giant where you had to maintain both ends i.e. inwards & outwards to stay competitive in trade on costings & was able to register highest business growing, per head count business location in India & was truly awesome experience.

Dislikes

They had not removed some regionalist minds had come & dislodged established people who were pillar in trade for sake of deploying their people to make monies though I was only one to resist & regained lost grounds but seat had become coveted being a heavy business location & eventually was dislodged in 2009 despite best efforts to survive.
