American Institute of Indian Culture (AIIS) always promotes Indegenous languages to the American scholars and language learners. In my part at Kolkata I've worked in Bangla with various American students from different backgrounds. The job was to teach them the language, and with utmost care they had been taught. Some of them are experts in the language now. They've published articles in some major newspapers and magazines in the past few months. Working with AIIS was a pleasure for me.

Dislikes

This is a contractual job and has least chances of permanency.

Likes

There is a lot to learn and experience. Absolute clarity about the course to both students and teacher makes things work smooth. Ever since I started working with AIIS I have positive changes in my working style.
