Colleagues who worked with me are the best in the world I have ever met. I would like to treat each of them as a valuable diamond. Mr. Shibu ( Current Financial Controller and Mr. Manoj Singhania (Previous Financial Controller) were my best superiors and learned a lot of knowledge from them. Iam blessed and graceful to have worked with them for a good point of time.

...on is ambitious to learn more, American Hospital is the best place in the world. Starting salary was attractive when I joined this organisation after two years got horrible situation, as there was no increment in salary and bonus is worst ever in the hospital industry. People get struck up with the salary which they got at the time of joining and end their most of their lifetime with peanut increment which will not be useful for one month food expenses. Directors and top managers are just interested in filling their pockets and ruining other department employees.

The head nurse of dialysis unit and employee of human resources all are cooperative

Senior nurse of the dialysis unit she doesn't like Arab staff and she is the main cause of leaving me from American hospital

Likes

There's a great team of experienced staff especially unit managers from whom learning more up to date skills and competence is made possible. Working under pressure also makes one get more experienced and well acquainted on how to handle emergencies alongside other assignments.

There was not one positive that came from this job, apart from appreciating my next job so so much more

Dislikes

Medical director at the time made the job one that I dreaded going in to every day. There was a very low staff morale because everyone was so stressed due to him. Long hours were worked with no benefits. We were asked to do jobs we were not comfortable with or trained to do. There was no opportunity to grow as a professional, nor a chance to discuss this. There was no one we could approach to discuss our concerns because of work politics. I have never had such poor work-life balance or poor job security.
