Less hardly any Opportunities, No growth at all absolute 0 growth that is what I do not like about Amex, I don't like 24*7 shift either, absolute night shifts are worst.

It's just a brand nothing else. They offer you good salary and designation so that you join, but they will ask you to leave the organization whenever they feel like with no reason. This month itself they asked there 35 employees to leave the organization as they realized that their head counts don't require this much employees.

Politics at upper level; it's tough to maintain work-life balance sometimes.

...ement is transparent there is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. They give good salary hike and bonus every year for only permanent employee.

only salary and over time payout difference between permanent and contractual employs. Thats it and everything this good

...he best working culture. Management always takes decision centric to employees. During covid crisis, 50 % incentives were guaranteed in addition to the fixed salary. Company policies are employee centric, it's made in the interest of all colleagues. In my opinion, this company is the best place to work.
