Amex is the best company I have ever worked with, work culture, flexibility, compensation, management etc everything is superb

Amex few HR's never reply or help, when Amex ex -employee want to rejoin Amex they should help them by providing support & feedback needed. They should reply on time.

...ement is transparent there is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. They give good salary hike and bonus every year for only permanent employee.

only salary and over time payout difference between permanent and contractual employs. Thats it and everything this good

You are solely responsible for your own growth and promotion. And salary for employees is way below than market structure.

Salary is low and leadership outlook towards new technologies is outdated. Company goes under restructure every few years now.

The working environment of the Company was much better than any other company and people over there are very kind and polite.
