Terrible Rating and appraisal system. Also their designations are so limited that most people keep waiting for a promotion for years. (Unless of course you've buttered up your reporting manager)

Salary on time and on 25th of every month, good incentives structure

No work life balance in sales, you get tortured on weekends also plus the growth stops once you rch a level of SRM. Rest things were fine.

Good team but mangement not giving equal opertunitys to all some people only getting benefited.xompany polices are good .

their is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. salry is decent but career growth is slow bonus and hikes are not much satisfied only who will chanting managers them only get much benefited.

...he best working culture. Management always takes decision centric to employees. During covid crisis, 50 % incentives were guaranteed in addition to the fixed salary. Company policies are employee centric, it's made in the interest of all colleagues. In my opinion, this company is the best place to work.

The pay structure was nice with the incentives and all it was awesome

The management had no heart. They were spine less only focussed on work and if someone isn't performing instead of helping them they used to shout and screamed
