I love the job security and the work-life balance aspects the most, especially paired with the fair compensation and work culture, because it allows me to work in a healthy environment, enjoy my personal life well, and not worry if i will lose my job anytime. Salary on time and on 25th of every month, good incentives structure

No work life balance in sales, you get tortured on weekends also plus the growth stops once you rch a level of SRM. Rest things were fine.

Less hardly any Opportunities, No growth at all absolute 0 growth that is what I do not like about Amex, I don't like 24*7 shift either, absolute night shifts are worst.

It's just a brand nothing else. They offer you good salary and designation so that you join, but they will ask you to leave the organization whenever they feel like with no reason. This month itself they asked there 35 employees to leave the organization as they realized that their head counts don't require this much employees.

...he best working culture. Management always takes decision centric to employees. During covid crisis, 50 % incentives were guaranteed in addition to the fixed salary. Company policies are employee centric, it's made in the interest of all colleagues. In my opinion, this company is the best place to work.
