Terrible Rating and appraisal system. Also their designations are so limited that most people keep waiting for a promotion for years. (Unless of course you've buttered up your reporting manager)

Less hardly any Opportunities, No growth at all absolute 0 growth that is what I do not like about Amex, I don't like 24*7 shift either, absolute night shifts are worst.

It's just a brand nothing else. They offer you good salary and designation so that you join, but they will ask you to leave the organization whenever they feel like with no reason. This month itself they asked there 35 employees to leave the organization as they realized that their head counts don't require this much employees.

Fantastic work environment, lots of benefits apart from salary, lots of opportunities to move vertically and laterally, within the company.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but the growth is slow unless you push hard for it and switch teams.
