Nothing really. They always promise to implement the growth policies, but always failed to deliver the same. All the management positions at upper end are taken by Family member of the Employer.

...no carryforward policy of Leaves in hand and no encashment of pending leaves.) No appraisals and bonus policy - person has to work on same salary and when asking for appraisal, Management either introduces new policy or starts pressurising the employee to remain silent or to find another job. No performance based hike. No transparency in the system about job offers and placements. No control over the clients - always failed to collect the feedback from Hiring Manager on candidate's profile/interview. Have limited sources to find resource, so Recruiter may have to work through their own database. No learning - Team lead, Sr. Recruiter, Recruiter and Trainee are working on same platform from day 1. All the management positions are covered by promoting family members of the employer. Micro-management and dirty politics - Managers are always involved into micro-mgmt and politics. They are focused on self growth but can't lead their team and branches to grow.

...raining , no updates , Very small firm with very few people. It’s kinda scam. They don’t even provide the salary on time and even some of them are still struggling with the payment left to be made by company. Once you left , No one bothers to picks the phone , nor replies to the email , texts etc no update no response. If you don’t want to end up like this don’t ever join here.

There is no job security, they will terminate you anytime as they wish, no proper clients & no proper requirements, totally waste, they all are family members in this company, so don't waste your time with this company.

working in an environment where you can freely share your ideas is a great feeling. I admire the AMER's work ethic and collaborative spirit. In AMER's Technology I get to see the direct results.

Well I love this company since i am here i didn't get any negative response from AMER. This company also helps me in my thick and thin situation's so i don't think from my side i ever dislike this company.

Worst management company managers not good Pros: No positive point. everything is worst here. Cons: Worst company to work for as sales guy. you are considered as a animal rather than a human being. Advice to Management Shut down the company if you don't know how to behave to your employees.
