Amer junaidi for foods employee retention is less than 2%. if you ask any employee about work culture everyone will point out the rude behavior and the discrimination we face on a daily basis. the conduct with employees shows their nomadic thinking and pathetic conduct .

It was good experience and i love to continue this work for my future opportunities. My team also encourages me a lot. Now i completed nearly 11 months, till now i did not receive any promotions like senior service crew. Thank you.

The Company is headed by Illiterate person who had hired one low level manager who does not know how to treat employees and moreover quality what they are offering is also poor
