...e than extra working hours - no work life balance - no incentives - no rewards - worse salary hikes - poor or negligible technical or skill development - way the work gets assigned dont have any structures - no work equipment provided, employees are asked to use their own laptops - not too good overall work environment - poor performance/work assessment

nothing, only the IPreward which gives you little bonus other than that the 2 years of my life was pathetic in ipsoft, please do not join this company, of if you have to join, try to leave early as possible i was in support and they make you work like a machine 24/7

Dislikes

Everything from the canteen to work, from manager to HR, from windows manager(country head), being the worst manager in windows support, he never came out to talk to the team, also there is systematic racism, it is like if you are not from andra pradesh or tamil nadu you will face many difficulty to survive as they only appreciate andra and tamil people. if you are one of them, you can join and feel the advantage.

The initial compensation offered. Exposure on every aspect of the project.

HR department has no accountability of any resource. No vertical or horizontal growth until company is in dire need of a resource. No growth or career support. Employees are ill treated and not as assets. No benefits provided. No appraisal discussions, a standard hike os given to all with no ratings. No recognition and rewards policy.

Good place grab a skill but it depends on the manager which you get.

This is no growth in this company even do I have so hard they only say that you havn't not work hard so. I keep on asking projects they says no projects yet. I got horrible manager he even don't know how to manage a team.

Pathetic work environment, the company is still using windows 7 workstations with 4GB of RAM so the PCs suck, you can't even just use teams on it. No food or pantry service provided from company end even though they said they would when I joined. HRs never respond to queries, even if you keep on following up constantly. Management doesn't care about employees welfare, atleast about the Indian employees.
