Amdocs used to be an amazing company but with time the management has changed a lot and its not more an employee centric company. They do not value there employees and just want the work to be done. No timely promotions to the candidates who deserve. Complete politics. Maximum projects are outdated. They are not working with latest technologies. HR in the company are very rude. They either wont respond at all!

Amdocs needs to focus on keeping there valuable employees satisfied. There is no satisfaction in terms of work , technologies, salary, promotions. Many skilled employees are not valued and they do suffer in between the politics

...ryone, many didn't got appraisal in 2023 and in 2024 they cancelled it for all. they do everything possible to not give salary raise.

...d. Compensation structure is good. It should be more as per market standards. But they have good salary structure and they give alot beyond your fixed salary. Every year they reward some percentage of your annual CTC as Gratitude.

If you get into wrong project your life can be very disturbing. There won't be any work life balance. You'll need to work even on weekends and that too more than 12 to 14 hours everyday. These things only happens if and only if you get into wrong project or any legacy project.

...d. But your learning and development depends on which team you are being placed. Salary benefits are low compared to market standards.

No learning and development in my team. It is completely outdated. No use outside. Salary is also less and hike/appraisal takes place but not for fresher.
