...ryone, many didn't got appraisal in 2023 and in 2024 they cancelled it for all. they do everything possible to not give salary raise.

Good Company, no work life balance, no new learning. if you are getting at least 60% hike on current package don't join the company.

There is lot of room for improvement in Management and appraisal could be more transparent.

Being in 24/7 support! It's the worst experience that I can have in all my lifetime! Growth is minimal and learning level is pretty low and asymptotic. Your manager just lay himself down in front of client and orders you to do whatever client demands(either it's valid/invalid/logical/illogical )

Been working in Amdocs for over 12 years now and this is one of those company where you can learn and transition to any roles under the organization. For example : testing to development, architect to manager, manager to HR, etc.

salary is below par with industry compared to early days
