Employee friendly HR policies. IJP which is real. Good short term onsite. Good learning and growth opportunities. Good team hierarchies. Talented senior people. Good work.

Dislikes

Salary too low. Too much of work pressure. They need 2 persons work out of an employee. Difficult to work with cross country teams in different TZ. It feels and is biased a lot towards Israel.

Likes

Innovation Platform is available, but the use cases are business driven, no room to work on something other than telecommunication. Having an Indian Management ensures being safe guarded at times crisis, they are personal relations oriented. Mostly the Senior Management has people from Israel, work driven, gives good opportunities but also expect you to put in every ounce of your effort. Work Environment is good, enjoyable, with free breakfast , snacks 24*7 , pantry services, good transport facility, games like billiards, foosball, table tennis, carrom and chess. Events from Amdocs level, division level and team ones. Travel Opportunities are extensive. There lies a tradeoff work type and travel. If travel excites you, target for for Delivery and Support Teams who work on Projects. If work, more than welcome to Product Business Unit, Travel is less , by less I mean 2-3 per year. Ample work-life balance, just speak to your manager, he will ensure.

Dislikes

Compensation is terrible. Promotions and hikes are apparently not linked to Performance somehow, but strongly coupled with Company Policies and term served. Learning graph is horrendous if you wish to learn, business knowledge you will get a lot, but all the good technical stuff doesnt come to India Office. People in Amdocs have a bad of habit of restricting knowledge to themselves, creating dependency, I guess this is reason for zero learning.

Company used to be fun, HR policies were emplyee centric. From past one year this is changing still food fun activities and outing are a plus.

Dislikes

Management is worse and manipulative.No hikes and bonus and the process is not at all transparent. Work life balance depends on project to project but mostly the work culture is becoming toxic where the employee is expected to work on weeeknds and after work hours with no incentives.There is no incentives and the company is implementing cost cutting more than it should implement new technology.Feshers should not be blinded with reels on food and gifts posted on social media, all of it is a gimmick and far from reality.

Nothing to like here. Favorism on peak. Management is bad.

Dislikes

Salary hike and bonus are only applicable for favourite employee. Good employee will only get work pressure. Managers are running this company as their baaps company. They are thinking like they are god. Overall its a very bad company to work.
