...ryone, many didn't got appraisal in 2023 and in 2024 they cancelled it for all. they do everything possible to not give salary raise.

Good Company, no work life balance, no new learning. if you are getting at least 60% hike on current package don't join the company.

There is lot of room for improvement in Management and appraisal could be more transparent.

Being in 24/7 support! It's the worst experience that I can have in all my lifetime! Growth is minimal and learning level is pretty low and asymptotic. Your manager just lay himself down in front of client and orders you to do whatever client demands(either it's valid/invalid/logical/illogical )

Job Security is good if you have a good team or manager Work Culture is quite good, people and company are very supportive. Company provide lots of facilities to employee
