Before 2017, it was nice work culture. HR & Managers were cooperative, Job Security, Pay scale, Perks...now nothing is good left here. Hence attrition rate is also high.

First all the upper management is very good ! They are inquisitive about your work/life and pay real attention to your concerns . Perks are the best ! And internal team connect and bonding is pretty good . Overall you will never leave Amdocs dissatisfied . The same reason why Amdocs has highest rate of rehire where people you leave the organisation join back at certain point of their career .

Dislikes

1. Working on legacy system 2. Switching domain is difficult 3. It depends on your project but sometimes work load can be too much .

The work life balance is fantastic. The work culture is also good. The facilities provided by company , as well as infrastructure are great.

Dislikes

Not currently updated work task or technologies used, as compared to the current trends of market. Need to adopt advance technologies and give chance to the current employees. Also training/paid certification is not available.

Salary. Company Reputation is at peak and company also keeps employees happy with allowances and holiday working benefits.

Dislikes

No respect for Employees in the Telecom Department. Also, when project is available seniors force you to work 16-17hours a day and you still don't get consideration for it.

1. Work culture is awesome here 2. People are very helpful 3. Job security is there 4. Good company policies 5. I got to travel abroad multiple times. And good onsite experience 6. Free refreshment morning & evening 7. If you want to learn new things. You can. 8. Lead role is bit hectic.

1. Compensation is decent, not good. 2. Growth is slow
