...ryone, many didn't got appraisal in 2023 and in 2024 they cancelled it for all. they do everything possible to not give salary raise.

...ects one resource is doing 12-14 hours works . A lot of mismanagement is there . 2- They Don't give much Salary Hikes / Appraisals to loyal experienced people , but will hire freshers with more salary then even 3-4 years of experience of employees . 3- Some projects have on-call system in which they have to work even on weekends , i.e Saturday and Sunday , but are not paid for this extra work .

...aisal are good. Last year on aver3it was around 15-16%( For telecom projects) Salary is good. Amdocs always give gifts to employees to keep them motivated to work. In terms of work, they give you the leverage to experience and learn. They focus a lot on learning and sharing the lessons with everyone in the team. Currently the company is following Hybrid mode for next few years. 3 days a week at office, of your choice.

There's nothing like a big thing to dislike in the organisation. However, most projects here are US clients so most of us have to work during night.

I can't comment on other roles but for performance testing amdocs is not up to the mark and their working Pattern is quite different having less chances for work life balance amd learning.
