PMP, The way site and offshore communications and handovers, with horizon concept growth is a blunder, salary hike is unsatisfactory, bonus is unsatisfactory, site opportunities are there but expectations to work increases to work 6 days and more than 11 hrs, some managers are devils.

Every manager knows eng salary and bases on that they do their appraisal. No criteria for appraisal each team following different approach. I have been joined a year ago and still giving me explanation that you are not considered in PMP and the one who has got hike in july has got appraisal and bonus both. this is the favouritism going on.

Dislikes

Back office (BC) - GL and TL rude behaviour. Toxic environment. GL force to work 10 to 15 hrs. GL and TL not listening employee issue. They set work target for new employee or experience same. For new joinner GL want to train any process within 1 month and start working 2nd month with 100% efficiency and 3rd month you need to work like 4-5 experience with 150% or 200% efficiency. GL They not wait to improve target.
