Salary Negotiation in an interview

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

This company can't paid time to salary,no work culture no ,no working hrs time ,not supporting hr ,she didn't receive call after your salary delayed and also if you are resign job,they provide documentation..

... timings means I went to office 10AM and I am stayed upto mid nights also(3AM) No secure - most of the employees knows others salary details. My rating for this company is 1 out of 10.

There is nothing which someone can like at Amdhan. HR dept can only make false commitments & later on never follow it. Management has no clue what's happening in their world.

Dislikes

Work life balance is zero. HR dept is expert in making false commitments & then never follow it. Worst company culture. Dirty politics. Fake company.
