No recognition and rewards even if your performance is outstanding. 9. Promotions are for name sake only as they do not come with increments, but your Responsibilities grow almost double.

Unethical work culture, no value for employees, always unilateral decisions (top management will hear only on one side),slavery, totally jungle raj. Always one should bow down to manager or else you will be targetted and tortured. HR is only for name sake and no actions if you prove with plenty of objective evidences also.
