Growth is very slow. Salary and benefits are looked while joining after that no one cares. New joinees get better package than you even if you have so much experience which makes you feel disappointed and demotivated and creates a unhealthy environment to work.

Less manpower. Management not transparent. Regional Partiality. Not salary rationalisation as per market. No value of old staff.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow ambuja cement.

Salary structure of lower level management employees is not upto the mark as per market scenario and work load profiles. Transfers of employees without their consent out of their original professional backgrounds.
