Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Only a little flexibility in timings if i have some work at home, else horrendous place to work at.

Dislikes

the management itself is horrendous, no increment no salary on time, false commitments by management, no cooperative HR..the list is long

...s company is not good working place. No job satisfaction here for all employees. Salary provide not properly time to staff. Place of company not suitable place. Company management staff are not suitable.
