Good opportunities for the one who wants to go away from the traditional teaching. Scope , opportunities, recognition and professional middle management. Very supportive principal.

Dislikes

Don't expect good Pay, incentives or respect from senior management. According to the senior management,Teaching is an unprofessional job that is carried by the people who fail in all ways in their life and they choose teaching as they failed to get any other job. No work and personal life balance. Never expect even little comforts like food or coffee

Dislikes

Management member are not good. If you are adjusted to slavery then it's ok else think 1000 time before joining. Management is not trust worthy. It's purely a family business to just earn money. No education only money making business.

Horrible workplace. The new principle Veena is a blood sucker. Beware of joining your kids and as teachers in this school. This is a jugad school.

Dislikes

Veena and the management are blood suckers, they will not change.
