...e man show company, whatever owner says is the last word. No proper HR policies. They deduct the PF from employees salary but never deposited to employees PF account. After leaving the company, when Asked about the PF gave so many excuses and even blamed the PF department as well about the missing amount on your PF account. and this is not happened with one employee, it was done for so many employees. Even they did not paid the last month Salary as well so many reimbursement. It is still pending even after leaving the company 5-6 years ago. Owner also keeps a watch one each employees mail box and reads each and every mail you send or receive in your companies email ID. So in this complete there is no privacy in the email as well.

Drama in company like "SAAS BAHU Serial " It is mendetory to write positive response post joining.

...onsense people who don't even understand work ethic can try this horrible group. If employee is dying they will ask to join office on-time if 5 min late salary will cut.. EVERY POSITIVE FEEDBACK IS WRITTEN BY AMBIT MANAGEMENT AND POST JOINING FIRST TASK FOR EMPLOYEES TO FEEDBACK AS PER SCRIPT.

Please don't believe on the ratings here in ambition box. They have ask for the good reviews and ratings after they hired lot of employees for their project and then they asked to write good reviews. And once the project got delivered then asked them to resign by saying due to market conditions we have to do recession.

full politics they are hiring people only for their project after project release they will fired you. not any growth, please dont join this company many poor management. they will directly terminate you after done their project very very bad company.
