Here starts the fun. This company dares to provide an engineering graduate from IGNOU double the salary of graduates with MBA from reputed colleges. Unqualified people earning more than qualified educated people is the regular norm in this company. Don't go for this company unless you're desperate for a couple dimes.

Good work environment and Culture teammates and company policies are good Appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

Work life balance is there with average pay scale. Leave are forming part of CTC. Overall extremely bad HR Policy.

Work culture is pathetic. Don't expect growth in this organisation. They haven't prepared my official email id even after 1 year of joining.

While joining everything seems fine but later multiple changes in the policy makes working harder.

Work Culture- Worst Culture, seniors are here only to poke. They act like security guard. One of them is really the character of “Shakuni Mama”. His sole responsibility is to passing floor information to Management. Firing people from job. Playing great politics at office floors. HR policy is nothing but joke as HR head is blowing the policies, and others are suffering. Lots of buttering to management. Director and VP is nice. HR will make you fool in the name of CTC.

Nothing. The company does not have any proper system. All the things they do manually. Seniors are just not cooperative. No job security, worst work culture.

Dislikes

Everything. They cheat with the employees with false commitment at the time of recruitment.
