While moving forward to next assignment means after resignation, company HR treatment as a criminal. Who did crime of resignation and they make employee suffer for his documentation and F&F. Very poor response after resignation even after employee served there 10 years also.

Company market value is very good, truly fast growing company in segments.salary and benifits are good.

Area of improvement is cultural and interpersonal relationships.people not keep relationship with new joining because of job security

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night.
