I like Freedom here... No need to work just relax and do your personal work... Prepare your child school project in working hours and also require to do make-up activities and bank will pay you your payment without any objection...

I think everything... This is not bank.. This is gossiping market .if you don't have gossiping skill then bank will terminate you for no reason.. Main skill require chit chat with other staff.. Whether you perform your work correctly or not is not important but chit chat is important as per owner of the bank.. Management and committee unable to find out what is correct and what is wrong also not able to provide reason for termination of employees.. Actually in reality there is no such valid reason.. Suggest not to join bank and don't waste your tym and energy.

... are done in offices. Not at all supporting their staffs. Unhealthy environment. Salary is too low. Employees are terminated without any explanation and no prior notice. Continuous gossiping. New joinees are targeted.

There is a lot of politics and the Management doesn't address our issues. Also Salary scale is very low. Cannont expect Career growth. Rigid rules for staffs. Unhealthy working Environment.

In Lot of area I work here. This bank is ready to innovate and adopt new technology. So under my supervisions we adopted various system like RTGS NEFT, E-COMMERCE, Mobile Banking, C- KYC, etc.
