When i first joint this group of hotel ambar sarovar portico hotel,gandhidham , i was abit glad that i will be working with such a big group of hotel but slow n steady when the days are passing on it was hell for me, i being a girl if when ever i asked to go home early i was not allowed as the management knows that i was all alone in this (Gandhidham) city still than the management was not allowing me to go home early,though i was asked to work more than 12 hours and i was hardly getting any holiday (that to after requesting some many times i will b getting holiday) i work for 7 months n 15 days from june 1 2017 to 15 january 2018 everyday it was going more horrible n worst for me. And the most part worst part of my life is on 7 December, 2017, MD had scold me in front of guest, customer, n many more senior person even though it was not my mistake at all the situation was i went to the washroom only for two mins and i was the Only one who was handling the front office maximum time evem though i said to my senior to look after the front office only for 2 mins till i back from the washroom but unfortunately he too got busy in other call from one of the guest we explained everything to MD but still than he accused me very badly n when i have given resign from my post the management had stopped my november 2017 month salary after requesting and apologize they had given my salary on December 27, 2017 still than i was in rhe norice period and they had troubled me alot. And my senior also said me that i have to give him an apologize letter than only i will b getting my salary and also he has warned me that if i left the hotel n start working with an other organizations than he can fire me or they fierce me that " they will not let me do job in any other company" and they have not yet paid me the 15 days salary for the month of january 2018 from 1 to 15.
