Very High amount of Pressure. Demands heavy work and time from you comparing with the Salary we get. No polocies on Promotion for experience guys like when military veterans with experience joins Amazon for their corporate role are not valued. Very High work load. Enforced entertainment is sick.

There was a time when I used to like working with Amazon. Worst part is job here is completely dependant on your manager and for my bad luck I have got the worst manager and I had to leave. Had so many plans but in Amazon your entire career is dependant on your manager no matter what.
