Amazon tranportaion work are easily run because every one employees and associate keep mentioned 6 feet distens here and wearing mask use heand sanitizer . And have to be available Mcare facility and etc.

No any this type of reason so i do the mark dislike for this job . But i am not satisfied from my salary expectations

...every thing is not done as per company policy, there are also impact of peoples. But in terms of salary and other facilities Amazon is at top as per my journey.

Dislikes

The culture of targetting one person by searching loopholes in Amazon policy and thorough the employees out side the organisation by HR Team and SLP Team to show their work, even there are so many big unethical things happening in network but they targetting the honest and simple employee on their little mistakes.

...iving their day night sweat and blood are like liability for organization ..... company are harrassing then and hiring new TLs on very very low salary packages ....just to save cost and to get cheap labour ....

Overstress in everything Excessive performance metrics to handle Workplace politics No job security PIP is something which is mandatory No rewards + No opportunity for growth and learning.

The people who are above L3 are miserable They feel that they are giving salary from their pocket. Too much politics in the departments. No transparency. The work culture in ATS AMZL is really not acceptable. Managers, senior managers(TM) are the political game players. wanted to do all the cheap work from their subordinates (team leads) , no respect at all. HRBP are the worst people I've seen. Zero connect with the people. They are in the pocket of the managers. In a simple words if you do "*licking*" your having a great future ahead or get ready to be on DP and be removed from the system. What ever talent you have no consideration. Especially in AP TL patch. All though this is my experience in the department and I would recommend not to go in "Amazon transportation services" ATS AMZL.
