Related to job security or permanency of a job role in Amazon company is pathetic they lie and hire that it will be extended or job will be permanent and they keep lying till the at the very last day and later you're kicked off with no job end of the day.

The pay structure is decent, even annual bonus is there if you work for minimum 30 working days, 5 days a week, but rotational week offs, and in every three months they use to change the shifts and weeks offs

Dislikes

No growth at all, IJP's are very tough to crack, out of the globe questions will be there, Salary hike is 5-7% annual, which is very very less, you will not even notice that you got hike, because it is unnoticeable.

Likes

The working culture is good. There is work life balance. Pay is good according to the experience and role.

Dislikes

Everything is good. Except my last manager was very padantic and condescending. It's a rule to be polite in Amazon, otherwise he could have been more of those things.

Work from home.

Dislikes

Inadequate compensation. Managers are clueless and cannot answer queries properly. Overtime work not paid and the matter was not rectified. No job security. False promises about permanent conversion based on performance. There are impractical ways to gauge performance of employees based on metrics.

Amazon paid salary on time and no compromise over compliance. I like both things

Amazon is a very good company but Third party employees are not feel safe due to contracting and third party employees growth is very very low
