Amazon is good for it's work culture and it's customer centric company and employee friendly organisation... Leave policy is awesome, childcare facility for women employees, medical insure and you get peak gifts and Diwali gifts far better compare to other companies and you also get bonus every year which is a added advantage..

... as full time employee... I hope amazon removes the hiring of contractual role . Pay is less even for experienced you do not get more than 4.5LPA for L3

The work atmosphere is good. Salary is good.

It is a 6 months Seasonal job that is the worst part. you always have the fear of Contract termination every day. and during the peak it is hectic with back to back calls.

It is a nice company with a really nice salary package with a understanding of management the seniors listens to the query and work with this to improve it

Their are some dislikes as well like the work pressure is a lot like if you didn’t achieve the desired targets then it will affect a lot to us and also their is managers support but still their is a work stress also

The package is good for the freshers and it is work from home role . You get additional benefits of meal card and reimbursement and night shift allowance

Horrible graveyard shifts . Most likely to have weekdays off .Not all Team leads are supportive.

The pay and compensation is the best among competitors. You get to learn a lot because you are not restricted to your job profile, there are several projects and skills that are being used while working..

The work pressure has increased a lot due to recent layoffs.. the company's work life balance and culture has taken a u turn from the image they used to had.
