The promotion of negative behavior among colleagues is encouraged, given that performance evaluations hinge not on assessments from superiors, but rather on appraisals from fellow employees, who concurrently serve as competitors.

Good work environment and company policies are good, and they give good salary and I'm so excited to join in this company

There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joiness.

Overall I like amazon but when it comes to job security question mark only highly performing people's stay there.

What I hate there Contract is safe for company cost cut at the same time company has to consider performing and intrested employee for permanent role.

Amazon paid salary on time and no compromise over compliance. I like both things

Amazon is a very good company but Third party employees are not feel safe due to contracting and third party employees growth is very very low
