Should she delete her LinkedIn post or not?
Asking for a friend, Since last 3 months, she has been facing multiple issues including mental harassment by her manager at her workplace. She tried all official channels including reporting to the HR and even to the CEO eventually, but surprisingly, nothing happened. Infact, as a retaliation, she was put on PIP last month by here manager. So finally as a response to this continuous harassment, she went to LinkedIn and called out her manager, the company and even the CEO. And this is what she has received in response! The company is threatening her of legal actions and now we are confused, whether to delete the posts or to maintain our stand. Any help would be highly recommended at this point!

1. Good perks, incentives and extra benefits apart the monthly calendar pay. 2. The work culture is top class, minimal internal politics. 3. Recognition for hard work. 4. Good pay as compared to most companies. 5. Precise 9 hour shift with no pressure to do Over time, no one has ever compeled to do OT [Again would say manager specific but only in extremely rare scenarios is it mandatory]. 6. 5 days work.

1. )Slow growth:- for 1 promotion it requires min 2 years in the same process. 2.) 0 Job security in initial 1 year as this role involves recruitment on a 1 year contract basis after which they convert on basis of purely merit (performance). 3.) Tedious work:- thought it is a presice 9 hrs work, it involves sitting in front of laptop for the whole 8 hours (9hrs - 1 hour break). need to meet hourly task targets. You wont get time to just get up and maybe drink a glass of water at times, extremely tight schedule. 4.) Rotational shift every 3 months with rotational week offs:- this irritates the most with shift changing between night swing and morning every 3 months. Also rarely do you get a Saturday Sunday week off, mostly you'll get a sun-mon or mon tue or tue wed or wed-thurs... week off schedules, cuts you out totally from the normal world calendar schedule. Imagine a situation when everyone in your friends and family enjoy sat and Sunday and you sit and work without even time to get up, stretch and when during your week off which might be a wed-thurs and you have nothing to do as everyone else is in college or at work. its just you alone. UNREALISTIC WORK SCHEDULES. 5. EXTREMELY MONOTONOUS WORK:- 8hr*7*12*rest of your life till you plan to stay here. you just have to do one thing. process a task in same way as always, nothing more nothing less than that you do the same thing again and again till your life becomes gray, hopeless, boring, and completely robotic. 6.) 0 motivation from anyone. you just login and do the same case. end of story. 7.) Only suitable for those good at analytical skills and strong and accurate decision making skills. Hard to survive with abusive work patterns. 8.) Need to have good logical deductive reasoning capacity, without which your life in this process seems bleak even to the point of being kicked out. 9.) Too much strict metrics: - Each and everything you do is recorded. Report cards are shared every week with constant drilling on performance. Most of them might be driven by a constanr fear of your performance as in this process you can never become perfect as there is no exact way to do it. You only use your logic and a few trained tips. 10.) No leaves for any national or regional holidays: - you will be shocked when i say there is no holiday for Independence or a republic day, now just guess yourself out for the remaining calendar holidays. If you want a leave you have to take it from you leave balance which will be approved only on manager decision based on workload, team member availability, etc. which means you hardly get one. Casual leaves needs to be applied way before you need to take them. Unplanned casual leaves are a nightmare.

Not sure if it is of entire prg but from my team perspective it is needed to available late nights early morning often, no proper guidance or support from manager, couldn't get exposure to gain new experience and skill development. Micromanagement makes it hard to work full fledged.
