Amazon is very good qnd reputed company work culture is good.

1.Once recruited in Amazon we feel happy and have lots of dreams and get in but due to bonus sake recruiter will lie and recruit and later manager use and throw after 6 months 2.My recruiter firtsly told that this is not voice process she lied and recruited as fresher though i was having experience saying there would be growth. 3. 6 months of performance evalution should be considered I worked hard for 6 months for 9 hours excluding 1 hour break without OT as i wrk from karnataka but they extended my contract than permanenting or hiking my salary and there are many in my team even after one year they dint permanent job or hike also so no growth but lots of work. 4.Amazon company is good but my process was hell back to back calls, mails and TT but manager here doesn't value employee they treat us as machine. 5.Recruiters should be monitored and managers should also evaluate the employees well rather than treating like machines. 6. No meetings are held in our process if we ask anything managers and seniors will tell watch your tone and they scold us back even if we speak polite. 7. Seniors never work we should attend calls, reply mails and work on TT but seniors they don't get calls but atleast they don't even work on mails and TT they ask us to extend some more time after shift and tell us to clear they just simply take salary they treat us as machine. 8. Please don't listen to managers and recruiters they are manipulating the employees and treating as machine they work for only bonus they don't have humanity and ethics.

Amazon paid salary on time and no compromise over compliance. I like both things

Amazon is a very good company but Third party employees are not feel safe due to contracting and third party employees growth is very very low

Pay is good for freshers and a good place to start your career.

Dislikes

Lack of career growth, no skill development opportunities. Only way to get promotion is by doing a minimum of 4 projects/process improvements. No recognition for the smaller teams and its members.
