Low pay ,low hike,rude managers (my manger don't have basic ethics while speaking jungli from North )with too much micro management. Work is way too high you even don't get 5 min to talk with your colleagues for any work related doubts as well. Your performance report is shared with entire team and humiliated in writings.

...en person gets physically drained . This is only good for short term carrier . Low salary hike . Target always rush rush rush always . Even work is boring if people are working from home . Mainly stress full work continuosly with more screen time.Eye problems chase people like hell. Only work work work no fun in working.
